How AI-generated deposition summaries are created
AI generates deposition summaries by leveraging natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and machine learning techniques. Here’s how the process works:
1. Transcript Input: The deposition transcript, typically in text format, is fed into the AI system.
2. Text Analysis: AI analyzes the document using NLP to understand context, identify key themes, and extract relevant details such as dates, names, and critical testimony.
3. Sentence Categorization: The system categorizes statements based on their significance, such as facts, admissions, objections, or contradictions.
4. Summarization: Using advanced algorithms, AI condenses the content into a concise, readable format, ensuring essential details are preserved.
5. Custom Outputs: The summary can be tailored to specific needs, such as issue-based, chronological, or witness-focused formats.
By automating this process, AI significantly reduces manual effort while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
